Founder – Hastings R. Daniel (1957-2024)
Hastings R. Daniel was a pioneering businessman who believed in empowerment through land ownership. Having served as Chief Labour Officer and Manager of the Nevis Housing and Land Corporation, he founded Hamoron Services with his wife Mova and son Ron to provide a full range of real estate services, including property sales, development, and appraisals.
His legacy lives on not only in the properties he helped clients acquire but also in his community contributions, church support, and leadership roles in sports and finance across the Caribbean.
CEO – H. Ron Daniel II
Since 2005, Ron Daniel has led Hamoron Services Ltd with a commitment to integrity, excellence, and client satisfaction. With a BSc, MSc, and multiple professional accreditations, he has served on boards of key financial institutions in the region.
As an ordained minister and father of three, Ron balances professional leadership with a dedication to community service and family values.
Meet The Team
Vikelia A.S. Fyfield – Office Manager
Vikelia has been with Hamoron Services for the last 8 years and is the one who manages all aspects of the back office. She is also the first face many of our clients see and ensures everyone is handled with care and compassion. She has a deep passion for helping everyone and ensuring that all the necessary documents that are needed at every stage of the real estate process are in order. She is more than just an employee but is part of the Hamoron Family having worked closely with both the founder and the present CEO on many transactions.
J Mario Phiillip is our Nevis Sales Agent.
Mario joined the team last year and brings energy, enthusiasm and efficacy to the team. He assists the CEO with all sales in Nevis and is fully capable of ensuring that all aspects of the sale are handled. He loves people and gets a special joy in assisting others own property. Mario goes above and beyond to assist customers and is comfortable with responding to each customer unique need.
Kwame A Woolard is our St Kitts Sales Agent.
Kwame joined the team last year and has a special knack in getting things done. He assists the CEO with all sales in St Kitts and enjoys connecting with people and gets an extra special joy with connecting clients with their dream property. Our St Kitts customers love Kwame as he personifies the three T’s of the Hamoron ethos of transparency, trustworthiness and trustworthiness.
